The first column is the skill level required to make each piece at level 1, or using copper bars.  Each level above one, requires 100 skill points above the base skill level.  So to make a copper short sword you would need a skill of 15, to make the same short sword but with ferrite bars would require a skill of 115.

The Weapon column is pretty self explanatory.  The first of each item you can make, meaning level 1 items are named without reference to the metal needed.  At level 2 they get the name of the metal they are made from.  So you would make a ferrite short sword.

The next three columns are the quantity of material you will need to make each item.   So to make a copper short sword you would need 11 copper bars, 1 rowan wooden board and 1 rawhide leather piece.  To make a ferrite short sword you would need 11 ferrite bars, 1 elm wooden board and 1 tanned leather piece.  The quantity of material is consistent for each level.

The columns labeled Copper through Diamond show the cost in coin for the materials to make each item.  This can be a little deceiving.   If you could buy just 12 ferrite bars and 12 elm wooden boards it would cost you 24 silver to make a ferrite spear.  However in order to get the quantity of material you need to make a single ferrite spear, you would need to buy 20 ferrite bars and 20 elm wooden boards.  The materials are only sold in stacks of 20.  Keep this in mind as you go about making your weapons.

The three rows at the bottom of the table show the name of the materials for each level of weapon you make.  Other than the first level, the item will take on the name of the metal it is made from.

For now we have included the new weapons that weapon crafters can make as a separate table. The Cobalt information we have collected from a few folks that can make them, the information from Carbide and above is conjecture. We haven't gotten all the skill requirements yet, as soon as we have that information we will update the table.
